The terms, in plain words
- $49.95 a month or $499 a year. US dollars for facilities in the United States, Canadian dollars for facilities in Canada, plus any applicable taxes.
- First 30 days free.
- A card is taken at sign-up.
- Billing starts on day 31 and renews until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the edit page or by the link in any email from us.
The 30 days, and what comes after
You enter a card when you sign up. We do not charge it during the first 30 days. If you cancel before day 31, you pay nothing.
On day 31 we charge the price you chose. The subscription then renews on its own, every month or every year, until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it still does not go through, your site is paused.
How to cancel
Open your edit page and press “Manage billing or cancel”. That opens a page run by Stripe, where you can cancel. You can also use the link in any email from us. When a subscription ends, your site is paused.
What is included
- Your facility’s website, built for you from public information.
- Your units, prices, hours, phone number, address and a short description.
- A rent button and a pay button that go to your own pages, if you have them.
- Hosting and a secure (HTTPS) web address.
- A private page where you edit your site yourself.
Photo uploads and connecting your own domain name are not available yet.
